Day 1: SKY CAMPS - HUMAN LAGOON
The day begins with the passenger being picked up from their hotel at 04:00 a.m. approximately. We will drive for 3 hours, passing through Anta and Mollepata, until we reach Challacancha, which will be the starting point of the walk. Around 09:30 a.m. We will begin the walk to Soraypampa (3869 meters above sea level / 12,690 meters above sea level) for 3-4 hours. Lunch will be served there. Then we will head for 3 hours (5 km / 3.1 miles) towards the Humantay lagoon (4,221 meters above sea level / 13,845 meters above sea level) and after visiting it, we will return to the Soraypampa Sky camp to enjoy the night.
Day 2: SKY CAMPS - SKY CAMPS
This day we will wake up at 5:30 a.m. We will enjoy an energetic breakfast to begin our excursion up the path known as “The Path of the 7 Serpents” to the highest point of this route: the Salkantay Pass (4,638 meters above sea level / 15,213 meters above sea level). Continuing with this exciting adventure, we will travel a path that will take us to Soroycocha where we will have lunch. Once satisfied, we will continue descending to our Sky Camps camp in Soraypampa where our transportation will be waiting for us to take us to Cusco. We will arrive in the city at approximately 6:00 p.m.
