Day 1 | City of Arequipa - Chivay the cross of the Condor - Sangalles.
Between 03:00 a.m. and 03:30 a.m., we leave for Cabanaconde, which is 6 hours by car from Arequipa. On the way we stop for breakfast and then continue towards La Cruz del Cóndor, which is the best place to observe the Canyon and the famous bird that is the Andean Condor. From here, we continue another 20 minutes by car to begin a downhill hike, for approximately 3 and a half hours from 3300 meters to 2100 meters. Upon arrival, we will have lunch and rest in San Juan de Chuccho, a town that has vegetation and some fruit trees. From there, we will continue to the small towns of Cosñirhua and Malata. Then we will begin to go deeper into the Canyon, until we reach "Sangalle", a town with an altitude of approximately 1900 meters. Here you can enjoy a warm pool to relax after the arduous hike. We will arrive in Sangalle at approximately 17:00 p.m. At night we will have dinner and sleep in bungalows that are located near the oasis.

DAY 2 | Sangalle- Cabanaconde - Chivay - Arequipa.
At 4:00 am we will begin our 3-hour hike out of the canyon. Once in Cabanaconde, we will have breakfast around 7:45 and then we will head to the Cruz del Cóndor. We will stay for approx. 1 hour here, to appreciate the majestic flight of the Andean Condor. Then we will continue until we reach Chivay where we will be at 10:30 am. Once there we will have the opportunity to visit the thermal baths with medicinal waters with a temperature of 35 to 40ºC and the opportunity to have lunch in Chivay. approx. 13:30 we will return to Arequipa arriving approx. 17:00 pm. Transfer to your hotel.

- Tourist transportation: We will pick you up from your hotel in Arequipa in the morning and you will travel by transportation to the “Pueblo de Cabanaconde”, the starting point of the hike to the Colca Canyon.
