The journey through Salkantay is an impressive experience that links us to Machu Picchu; The landscape is made up of glaciers, mountains and the beautiful Humantay lagoon, surrounded by lush vegetation, turning This makes this route one of the most attractive.

A physical, cultural and spiritual journey of a lifetime, which takes us through the impressive Salkantay Sacred Walk > to the iconic Machu Picchu.
We will cross the highest snow peak of the Vilcabamba mountain range until we reach Llactapata, located behind the majestic Mount Machu Picchu . Finally, this route will lead us to Aguas Calientes, located at the foot of the Historical Sanctuary of Machu Picchu.
In this way, we will conclude an unparalleled adventure that will allow us to connect with nature, culture and history.
- Day 1: CUSCO – MOLLEPATA – CHALLACANCHA – SORAYPAMPA – HUMANTAY LAGOON – LODGE DEL CIELO.
- Day 2: SORAYPAMPA – SALKANTAY PASS – WAYRACMACHAY-COLLPAPAMPA – LODGE DEL CIELO.
- Day 3: COLLPAPAMPA – THE BEACH – SANTA TERESA – HYDROELECTRIC – MACHU PICCHU VILLAGE.
- Day 4: THE BIG DAY! WONDER MACHU PICCHU
Day 1: CUSCO – MOLLEPATA – CHALLACANCHA – SORAYPAMPA – LAGUNA HUMANTAY – LODGE DEL CIELO.
Pick up from the hotel will be approximately 4:00 am, then we will take a trip in our private transportation of approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes to Mollepata, after a light breakfast we will continue by car to Challacancha where we will meet our muleteer and horses. Then we will begin our walk until we reach our Heaven Lodge located in Soraypampa. In the afternoon after lunch we will ascend to visit the beautiful Humantay lagoon, after the visit, we will descend again towards Soraypampa, finally we will spend the first night under a starry sky in our Sky Lodge. About our Lodge del Cielo base in Soraypampa: Our camp is located 10 minutes walk from the town of Soraypampa, this gives us a great advantage of having a 360 degree panoramic view of the Humantay lagoon, it is also a perfect place, away from the crowd and where we can appreciate the beautiful landscapes of the Andean valley and enjoy the company of our beautiful alpacas.
Note: The afternoon before this day there will be a briefing with your guide in Cusco. After having an early breakfast, our pick-up will begin at 6:00 a.m. from his Cusco

Day 2: SORAYPAMPA – SALKANTAY PASS – WAIRACMACHAY -COLLPAPAMPA – SKY LODGE.
After breakfast, we will begin the most difficult part of the hike, walking through the site known as Pampa Salkantay. Then we will take the left side of the Salkantay glacier. Around noon, we will reach the highest point of the imposing Salkantay snow-capped mountain located above 4,630 m (15,190 feet), we will be able to appreciate all the majesty of the area, its chain of mountains, glaciers and ravines, we will feel the magic of the Andes, after After a break we will begin the slow descent towards Wayracmachay, where we will have lunch and a well-deserved rest. We will continue descending and enter the edge of the jungle where we will have indescribable views of the place, and then continue to our second Heaven Lodge located in Collpapampa. Finally we will have dinner and spend the second night here.

About our Heaven Lodge in Collpapampa: Our camp is located 10 minutes walk from the town of Chaullay; Chaullay is a very busy campsite however our camp in Collpapampa gives us a great advantage of having a 360 degree panoramic view of the Salkantay Valley, it is also a perfect place, away from the crowd and where we can get to know a little more from local families

Day 3: COLLPAPAMPA – THE BEACH – SANTA TERESA – HYDROELECTRIC – HOT WATERS.
After a delicious breakfast, we will begin our walk at 06:00am along the Inca Trail Network. This day will be unforgettable, we will continue with the walk through the jungle, we appreciate the flora and fauna of this area, especially the coffee, tea, passion fruit, and tree plantations, the climate is temperate and humid in this area, so It has formed a favorable microclimate for the production of orchids that, due to their colors and varieties, have been classified by experts as the most beautiful in the world. Here we consider the problem of roads at the granadilla crossing in addition to considering a 5-hour walk to the beach. Sahuayaco, we will continue with the walk until we reach the hydroelectric station, where we will have lunch and after a short rest we will continue towards Sahuayaco beach, from this point take the car from Sahuayaco to Aguas Calientes. (with the walk along the side of the railway track until reaching the town of Aguas Calientes). Finally we will have dinner and accommodation at the lodging.
