Description
This program was created for those, who don´t have much time and would love to explore beautiful Peru. That is why within 8 days you can find busy and always exiting Lima, historical Cusco and surroundings with its enormous amount of monuments and magnificent Machu Picchu.
Day-01
Arrive to Lima, reception, pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel.
Day-02
After breakfast you have a chance to visit historical centre of Lima with our optional City tour with Cathedral, San Francisco Monastery with its famous Catacombs, Church of Santa Rosa, Palace of Government and many of its incredible museos or do it by yourself. After day long trip return to the hotel.
Day-03
After breakfast you get tranfer to the airport and flight to imperial Cusco. After arrival transfer to the hotel. Depending on the flight times you may enjoy free rest of the day just simply walking and enjoying medieval architecture of Cusco or use our Cusco city tour with ‘Qorichancha plus 4 ruinas’ in the afternoon. Return to the hotel.
Day-04
After breakfast you will start your trip to Sacred Valley of Incas, where you will see ruins of Pisaq, second after Machu Picchu biggest complex of remains of Inca´s Empire. On the way down we will stop for small visit to local artisan market, where you will be able to purchase some souvenirs. On the way to second complex we will stop in picturesque place in Sacred Valley for lunch. In the early afternoon you will have a chance to visit the biggest Inka´s fortress Ollantaytambo. After memorable visit we will transfer you to the train station where you will catch a train to Aguas Calientes, small village just next to the famous ruins of Machu Picchu. There you will be accommodated in a hotel and have time off to relax before the whole day in Machu Picchu the day after. There´s option to use hot springs in the village
Day-05
Next morning after early breakfast you will start your incredible experience in Inca´s the most incredible - place Machu Picchu. At the beginning you will be walking around the ruin with a travel guide who will be explaining history of Machu Picchu and after you will have time for yourself to take as much as you need to admire this spectacular place. The train leaves Aguas Calientes village at 6:30 pm so you need to be down on time and that will take you to Ollantaytambo and after that you will have trasportation by bus to Cusco. Transfer to the hotel.
Day-06
This day is totally to enjoy and relax after trip to Machu Picchu the day before. There is an option to take a trip to surrounding áreas of Cusco or just enjoy the city.
Day-07
After breakfast transfer to the airport and flight back to Lima. After arrival transfer to the hotel in Lima and free time when you will be able to purchase the last souvenirs and gifts.
Day-08 & Day-09
Transfer to the airport. End of trip.
